All Vives flats with frontal balcony and air conditioning (one per bedroom + one in the living area) The 3 bedrooms are connected to the inner patio which is the quieter part of the building.
Prices per day
Extras: 5th and 6th person: 20 € / person / day (10 € children, 3 to 12 years). Pets: up to 5 kg: 3 € / day,
Prices do not include the local tourist tax : 2,20€/night/pers. between April and October. November - March: 0,55€/night/pers. - (16 years and older).
Washing: 5 €/mashine (up tp 5 kg)
IMPORTANT: The Apartments are "SELF CATERING", there are NO services (like meals or reception desk) included. Cleaning/Change of bedlinen: every 7 days, towel change: every 4 days.
